Cake freezer is not working

Smoker wood pan not smoking chips

Pissed that you do not have phone support but list a number. My Masterbuilt pro series serial number DN121916, model MB2607**** does not smoke with chips in the chip pan. They have to go on the element. Clay Kline claykline@***.com
