This company does not ever answer the phone. On hold hours at a time. Respond to emails only with a coolie cutter messag No follow up My bank has filed a fraud charge against themDont use

Incapable of gaining access to customer service

Ive purchased tickets to a Brett Aldridge concert. Id like to return the tickets or (at least) sell them back to the vendor at a discounted price. This process has been impossible. I sincerely would just like to have contact with a representative. Thank you, Michael Carlin
