Update by user Aug 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I told the manager that the rooms are a literal biohazard and almost uninhabitable. Where is my money

Good afternoon I stayed at your hotel in New York on Time Square from the 25th to the 30th and my 200 dollar deposit was not returned to me
1st night blood and semantic on sheet. We had to change our own sheets. Manager apologized and promised room will be clean when we returned. 2nd night- room was how we left it With soiled sheets on floor from previous night and no clean towels Property Manager nasty and suggested we leave.
