The chat has been cut off

I wanted to buy 5gb for £15. When I went to pay, I lost the chat with Voxi. It’s really frustrating. I need someone to speak to me and I pay by Credit Card User’s recommendation: Poor service.

Unable to buy more data and top up due to voxi being down

Shocked at VOXI not offering any alternative way of topping up or buying more data when their website is down. Called Vodafone to top up £20, but does not translate to any data at the moment. Beware of VOXI, their website is often down, never paid it much notice until realizing that the always on data offer... Read more➤
