We still have not been refunded for the issue we encountered during our stay. Not happy at all. I would not need to be going through customer service is the manager at La Quinta could have just refunded us at the hotel! User’s recommendation: Do not stay.
Holes in the walls, spit wads on the bathroom wall, along with blood. dirty floors dirty mirrors broken phone dirty toilet and shower crumbs in my bed Overall filth paid 224.00 per night. User’s recommendation: I will not recommend.

So as far as I’m concerned after hearing and gaining knowledge of other complaints similar to what happened to me leaves me with the conclusion that the hotel management steals money from whomever they choose to by not providing any kind of receipt and telling customers and consumers that they have violated some type of hotel policy...
