Employee walking in our room in the middle of the night

on our last night an employee opened our door and came in our room at 5:45 in the morning. When I brought it up to the front seat they did not do anything or apologize. They have not returned any of my calls. worst hotel experience ever.

Booked roll in shower with Laquunta Baytown Tx. May 18 2921. I came to hotel there was a roll on shoer room available. When booking the room I told them specifically that I needed a rol in shower.

I booked hotel in Baytown TX for May 18 2021 for roll in showeroom. I go to front desk no roll in shower room available and front desk said no notes in booking requesting roll in shower room available.
