I want to attach pictures of my horrivle experience in this hotel.. this place was infected with bugs , they never clean room . Worse welcome to Houston.
Many guests complaint about pet friendly smelly rooms. It is not fair for guests with no pets. 1. Please set up one floor as pet friendly floor. Maybe 2nd floor. 1st floor must smell good. 2. Charge extra for the pet stay and deep clean it regularly. Thanks!
