Hello, I recently had booked a hotel for Las Vegas and had to cancel it about 8 hours later. I canceled it 15 hours before my check in would of been. I ended up being charged for the first night and wanting to dispute it.
We were told by the police we had to stay out of our rm last night as they raided a few rooms I guess and spent almost 4 hours finally got in after 130. User’s recommendation: Maybe a human should be answering and we can actually get help.
Bayside Inn-Clearwater/Pinellas Park WORST hotel EVER!!! I dont even see how legally they can sell the rooms. Conditions were horrible and no refund was offered.
