Charged my card but I didn’t get a room

My discovery card got charge for a room but I didnt get the room something happened to the website but then again I was charge again on my discovery card but still didnt get a room I would like the money back and cancel

Check booking

Booked for 2 nights. Credit card charged. No email confirmation of booking. Hotel never saw reservation. Had to book directly with hotel at end. Could not speak to representative or virtual agent. User’s recommendation: No representative or virtual agent to assist for ANY of your matters!
