Charged for unavailable hotel room

After I entered my credit card information the website said no rooms available and my card was charged

I was told free cancellation and now they charging me 80 dollars and on hold for more than 2 hours

I was told free change and cancellation but now charging 80 dollars. I will never use this again. It should not like this Worse customer service User’s recommendation: Never.
