Inherited the printer. Its still brand new, but I have no starter ink. It wont let me do a single thing, unless I have that ink. User’s recommendation: Don’t.
I have used my MFC-J410W printer for many years with WIN 7. When I updated my computer to Win 10, I tried to update the printer. For some reason there is no driver for this one model, or not one that I can find. The website is not helpful, and you cannot call them.
directions to hook up to the Wi-Fi did not correspond to reality. when asked for a WPS pin number there wasn’t any on the machine or in the paperwork. the technician who guided us was fantastically patient and we had to travel for different ways to finally get it to respond in print
The new ink that came with printer isn’t lasting past 10 or so prints. Ordered colors and now the black is out. Was theresomething in writing giving caution about this? Very disappointing Now am waiting on the black User’s recommendation: Put it in writing.
Cannot scan to computer. Msg says Computer not found. It marks the printer as offline. Using the screen on the printer, or the utility on my laptop, I try to scan to my computer. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this printer.
