we cannot get the scanner to connect to computer and the rep could not figure it out either so the problem still exists and no support from Brother for us User’s recommendation: do not think you’re going to get support from this company.
Worst fax machine constantly buying ink doesn’t print half the time just horrible product and I will but new and different company soon User’s recommendation: Don’t waist money.
Call me at 250 575 **** as I didn’t get much help via chat. I’m sure your helpline can fix the printer over the phone, otherwise I will have to return this back to Costco warehouse. User’s recommendation: will recommend only after I get help 1st.
I sent them $78 for a brother sewing machine and never heard from them, it was eztxgy72@***.com , thats the email my receipt came back from PayPal their company name was brother-outlet and have sent them several emails with no reply to any of them ? Thanks Chuck
