Not happy with return policy. I ordered from Brother pop-up window, thinking it was for my registered printer. Continued using til old toner out. Now finally out of toner, I discover wrong toner received. Please honor my request for exchange. User’s recommendation: Beware of wrong pop-up toner re-order window.
There is no driver for MacOS11. The brother support was not helpful. The set-up through Air Print was not simple and was complicated. User’s recommendation: When buying a Brother Printer be warned that there is no driver for macOS 11.
