Declined my rebate

I am not sure why they declined my rebate I sent in all the necessary requirements. I sent in the receipts and all the forms from the physicians office! User’s recommendation: Make sure you understand the rebate.

Faulty lenses and poor customer service

I would not recommend using this company or their lenses. I ordered a year’s worth of disposable lenses. I found that some of the lenses were “rolled” in the pack, leaving a crease. Only qualified for $100 when VISIONWORKS told me it would be $200

VISIONWORKS said I would get $200 rebate if I bought a years worth. Finished filling out rebate and they said I only qualified for $100 because I used the same contacts the year before. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy full year.
