Poor quality of service
It all started with a package sent to me from Germany. The person who had sent the parcel kept asking if it had not arrived yet, because the DHL tracking number had shown that the parcel had been in Australia for two weeks and it was strange that the call had not yet arrived from the post office. I wait, I wait, I look in the mailbox every day - but empty as empty. This means that my pack has been marinated here in Australia for more than two weeks. On Sunday I pick up the mail and see a letter addressed to me (with a misspelled name and postcode) stating that the courier was with me on April 9 and could not reach me (the letter came into my hands on April 15, and I will remind you that I looked at my mailbox). The letter invites me to contact the customer service center, which I also do early on Monday morning (waiting 13 minutes until I am connected to someone at all), I ask how it is possible that the courier did not meet me if I have been at home all day and all that had to do, had to enter the stairwell and call the door. The gentleman on the other side of the handset claims that there was no contact phone on the package. Okay, well, it happens. We agree that the package will be delivered to me a day later, between 8. 00 and 17. 00. Well, well, I name the work address, I'm looking forward to it, but how not. I call the customer service center (again music, call to write an e-mail), but after 12 minutes I am connected with a pleasant gentleman, who kindly gives me courier contacts. I'll be in touch in half an hour at the latest. It takes two hours for the courier to arrive, sign, look - oh, my number is written down at the addressee (I will recognize by handwriting that it was done by the person who sent me the package from Germany). I asked how it was that he said that he could not communicate because the phone was not there. He replied that the couriers used to be different and he did not have to be responsible for other work. Well, ok. : ) Thank you, Itella, for opening your eyes - I will not use your service anymore and I will recommend it to others!
