Had a package delivered to our house and our minor son was home, they had him sign for the package and then checked a box saying “inside delivery” so they are billing $127 which we got one invoice and right behind it a collection notice. They obviously will do anything to try and make extra money.
YRC freight company is by far the worst ever… They had my freight 24 hours in advise and still could not deliver 10k in property at the promised date and time. When you call the 800 number and finally get a real person they say, sorry no refunds, its out of my hands. Are you kidding me!!!...
