As everyone has said, this completely is so bad it is actually fraudulent. They have tried to bill us double of what we initially paid and won’t let up. Has anyone had any success or recourse in trying to fight these fraudulent charges?
Shipped product in may 2018, they send me a refund because they said i overpaid. 5 months later in october i get a bill for what they refunded me because they had a book keeping error. I will never ship anything or recommend this carrier to anyone
