Babysitting required

Driver showed up for a delivery on a cold day, shut the door with the dock plate extended. The dock plate broke the automatic door when it reset itself and YRC is denying any responsibility for their drivers careless actions that resulted in damage to our company’s shipping dock.

Awful doesn’t begin to describe them.
