YRC freight company is by far the worst ever... They had my freight 24 hours in advise and still could not deliver 10k in property at the promised date and time. When you call the 800 number and finally get a real person they say, sorry no refunds, its out of my hands. Are you kidding me!!! These idiots do not care about the customers at all. Your at their mercy until you freight arrives. And when I finally got my freight 3 day past its due date, they could only say....sorry for the delay. What a .....ing JOKE !!!!
