I am distraught and completely dissatisfied with Wyndham as well as Days inn.my safety was put in direct danger because your employees informed my abuser that I was a guest in your facility. User’s recommendation: Respect customer wishes.
Was about to take a shower first night there . And the shower wall had long clumps of black hair. Toilet seat was cracked in half n taped together with black electrical tape.. bathroom mirror was cracked. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed or was but poorly done. My daughter &;; I booked at the wingate by Wyndham & our room had a soiled bed. I took pictures & went to the front desk & let them know about my issue. I was contacted by Lisa & was told I would get a refund which never happened.
