After changing a rim the center cap was missing. After 10 days and multiple calls I received the cap.

I have BMW tire insurance and they fixed my tire without telling me that I would have to pay for the replacement and collect from the company. User’s recommendation: Do not use BMW of Southampton.
Anyway, BMW responded a day later with a general reply that didn’t really answer my question as to why engineering does not address this issue. I do appreciate your service and assistance with this matter
