Faulty door hinge

Door hinge failed after only 17 months if use. Your recommended parts technician said part was not riveted correctly. Spring could have snapped and hurt someone. I’d like someone from whirlpool to call me as I haven’t had any luck calling them. I’m in California

Some kind of mold on the outside of both top and bottom doors. Ive tried every cleaning product known to man but wont co.e off. Eveeytime Ive called whirlpool Im on hold for days and just end up hanging up. User’s recommendation: Depends if they help me with my problem.
