Dissatisfaction with whirlpool stove

when removing grates to clean drip pan they are so positioned that they hit top stainless steel part and scratch the stainless steel. Also found they have scratched black drip pan as well. Very disappointed with the quality and design. would not buy another whirlpool stove….. User’s recommendation: do not buy.

Ecu port board

5 year old Cabrio Whirlpool ECU Board went bad. Too costly to repair with no guarantee that they can get the part due to the pandemic . Online under specs said whirlpool should last 14 years So had to buy another washer Not Happy ! Denise and Craig Brown

They aren’t open on weekends!!!!

We have replaced top board in the back and the harness in the freezer (750!!) on our whirlpool model WRF736SDAB13 And the freezer keeps frosting up ans wont make ice.. we are thawing freezer every two weeks to keep the fridge running… HELP!!!
