Mod doesn’t work after 1week

The MOD will not hold a charge and when I vape it has a low power warning that pops up and tells me low power I even bought new battery and same thing. I am wanting to get a refund. Or a diffrent MOD

Warranty not guaranteed

The battery hatch on my Voopoo Drag Max became loose a month and a half after purchasing and to no fault of my own.
