I was very pleased that my problem with my vape device was resolved so quickly and with such patience by someone who was very knowledgeable

I have a voopoo drags vaping device that wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do. Talking with an agent via live chat walked me through the procedure was very patient and knowledgable. I really appreciate the help I received!

I can’t get to the settings in my vape

I had some trouble with my mod and looked up how to fix it. I finally got it fixed. Now the wattage wont go to as high as I had it. And Im not to happy with the outcome of it. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a drag cause it will more than likely screw up.
