I canceled my membership 2 months ago

I cancelled my membership months ago, I keep getting charged monthly. I’ve wroten over and over. I want my refund for last month and don’t charge me anymore. If so I contacted the bbb User’s recommendation: They dont follow through on cancel membership I keep getting charged mon.
