Customer Service Hold Time is UNACCEPTABLE

I called today 3-26 at 5pm and it said there would be up to a 90 min wait. I was on hold for 3 HOURS before I finally hung up! I tried to email them and the “Message Us” link DID NOT WORK! User’s recommendation: Good Luck.

Want to modify my season passed

Over a 1-hour hold! This is not what I expected after being a holder for 5 1/2 years. At this point I want to cancel vs modifying the passes………. User’s recommendation: Absolutely not.
