I splurged for the premier pass because it came with Valet. I got to the park, and guess what!?! Valet is closed. I get a pandemic, but Im fully vaccinated (and I can show documentation). Open it up, or give me a refund!!!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t get the Premier pass… worthless!
I was on hold for 45 mins and got no one on the line. I understand that they had said that there would be longer wait times but 45 mins is over the time.
