Ticket questions about buy 2 get 3 days deal

Ive tried for 5 days with hold times of up to an hour and cannot get anyone on the phone to help! We were at universal during Christmas with a buy 2 day get 3 free deal. I have some questions about the way I was charged. User's recommendation: Don’t have any sort of issues with your tickets.
