I called to have my unused tickets refunded, as an active duty service member who has been restricted from being in crowds and theme parks due to the increasing positive numbers of the Delta Variant of COVID. Not being refunded for that amount of money is unacceptable. User’s recommendation: RIP OFF.
Covid numbers increased in Florida with an unvaccinated child to risk coming. Requested a reschedule, and Shawn refunded our money understanding oor situation and cared for our safety. I really appears shawn, and we are looking forward to coming there ASAP when covid numbers get back under control. User’s recommendation: Will be a positive YES.
