Dead on arrival and wont refund or provide support

Like I said, I received a dead alarm. The batteries wont turn it on. The alarm is defective. Compan's support team will not reply to emails and phonecalls. I don't even think they have a support team. I want a refund for this junk they sell. Its complete garbage. Not even turning on. Same as other people have experienced.
