The bald headed freak who runs this business is rude, incompetent and unethical. I called to follow up on the status of my replacement and he picked up the phone. Now, mind you this is their customer service team on a work day. He said hes not available to talk. I demanded to know the status of my return which I mailed 4 weeks ago. He yelled out some nonsense in his foreign language and hung up. I called again and he cursed at me. Hes a fraud. They don't refund money to my paypal account and I am down $500 now. You crooks.
