I run a small medical store and met the Therapee company owners at an exhibition. Product looked interesting and they had 50% off at the exhibition. I purchased 10 of them for $150 each and paid $300 for shipping. They said that it would be shipped a month or so later. However, they charged me $3000 (full price) for all 10 items and said that it would be refunded as it was an error. 45 days later, no product shipped to me and no refund. No adjustment. I am down $3300 and these con artists continue to cheat everyone. Do not do business with them. They are cheats. Avoid them and their products.
