I received two machines but I ordered only one.

I Googled support.thane only to be informed that there is no web site. I called the customer service phone # and was referred to the site that doesnt exist. Frustrating! User’s recommendation: Stay away.

Pleased with H20X5 cleaning but did not receive flex-handle in the delivered package. order #THAN545934 with additional # 00121735

We used your unit after assembling and did not need the flex handle. Upon further checking we noticed the flex-handle was not included in the shipment. User’s recommendation: check box throughly when unpacking to make sure all the parts are included.
