When I try to upgrade, my card is declined. But I can use it for anything else. Please advise on why I can’t use my card on Our Time website.

Well, I’m still working at it. Some websites will say that my email address is invalid, which it isn’t and then I have to go through more redtape, whatever the internet term is for that is, to get anything done. User’s recommendation: I have no idea.

i was told to wait for a email to reactivate my account…its been 10mins…no email…i am still waiting l

Have been trying to subscribe after having been away for more than a year. Wanted to update profile and photos. But I cannot access online or via app. I have been receiving a lot of emails but each time I try to connect I am not able.
