Pump has again failed on another one of your dehumidifier

My Soleus Air 70 pint + pump model HMT- D70EPP-A dehumidifier will no longer pump. I have to manually dump the water which is a pain at my age. No one customer service to contact on an issue

I have called the 1(88*)876-**** different times of the day and night and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I have sent emails and no response yet. My new Air conditioner doesnt cool.
