Extremely poor spare part service

Spares for our Petroleum Tanker…No.MH 14 GU 5555 Chinchwad 411033 are not available since last few days. No one is taking responsibility for availability. Even not able to register complaint through official portal or customer service numbers are not working… Very bad experience…

Very very poor after sales service

Non availability of spare parts most of times . Each times the bus goes to garage for maintenance the bus has to be parked for non availability of spare parts. Causes massive losses to the owner..
