Dehumidifier gave an error code of EH meaning Humidity Sensor Malfunction

Customer service all circuits are busy try again later emailed them stating the problem wanted me to call them and gave me an extension number only problem is all circuits are busy. Defective dehumidifier

I returned unit to store where I purchased it. They let me return the dehumidifier as defective and gave me credit for full purchase price. Then I was able to purchase a replacement unit. Soleusair did not answer my telephone calls

Air Conditioner part replacement

Impossible to get a simple replacement part. This is unacceptable for such a large manufacturer. A simple LED bulb burnt out of the control panel. This panel is held with 4 easy to remove screws and can be removed after the screws by unplugging one connector. User’s recommendation: Repairs, forget it.

Need Electrical Schematics for Soleus Air LX-140/140BL

We had a storm and the next morning the A/C wasn’t working. Unit won’t power on but fuse on circuit board checks OK. Need schematics to check further.
