Asked for help but feels that it wasn’t happening

‘ndWanted to know about why dehumidifier wasn’t working. Instead of help referred to another agency who just wanted me to sign up and prepay for help with no assurance that they knew about my issue. User’s recommendation: don’t bother and avoid this company.

Email address was “kicked” back. The unit is 4 years old thus outside of warranty thus not going to pursue.

Not drawing moisture at all. Its on its 4th year of operation so outside of the warranty period. Nevertheless, their email address is now invalid and phone calls were not returned. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this product.

Asked a question about one of their products

Asked their customer service about an error code. I had given them the model no. and simply asked them what E2 meant. They referred me to some company called Chigo, I asked the same question and not surprisingly have gotten no response.

Broken dehumidifier

Here is the reply from Soleusair : Due to the expiration of the service agreement between both companies, we no longer service this model. All related claims are being referred to Chigo, the manufacturer of the model, as instructed by their management. User’s recommendation: Purchase another brand of dehumidifier.
