Company responded quickly , i can order a new remote from them for $30 plus $10 for shipping . Was satisfied with response , though i thought the price was high .
Unit didnt even last two years. Fan running. Filter clean. No water collecting after days even though humidity is 15-20% higher than set number. Their warranty phone number and customer service number dont work User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
