Stopped removing moisture from air. condenser must be burned out. they no longer have a customer service for their products as phone numbers and e-mail do not work. User’s recommendation: don’t buy as they no longer have a customer service.
Unit runs fine but bucket does not fill. Worked perfectly until a couple of days ago. Runs in basement area with fan on low or medium. User’s recommendation: stay tuned.

Update by user Jun 29, 2021 Nothing new Original review posted by user Jun 28, 2021 Unit stopped dehumidifying the air. Warranty is 5 years on compressor. All contact phone numbers I can find and that came with literature are not working. User’s recommendation: do not buy brand.
