About my bills

Hi my name is Nikoletta Galambos. I have a sky TV and everymonth I paid 19 pounds and now this month I will pay 69 pounds. Some 50 pounds charge and I don’t understand why? I can’t call any numbers I tried. Thank you so much.
I have been put on furlough for over a month and did send an email and got no response, I then realize my bill has gone up without any notification I have been misled, and I have been continued paying my bill through Direct Debit until now due to me been off due to shielding and now... Read more ➤
We ordered Netflix and sky movies. The guy came out fitted a new Ariel and was due to return to link 2 TVs and sort Netflix and sky movies. Not heard from him since
The reason is you never listen to the customer and keep putting propaganda on the tv about the biggest hoax in history which is this Covid. Downgrade

Landline hasnt worked for the last 6 months and I no longer use multi room has been off for the last 3 months cant get through to sky to resolve this problem have been paying for services that am not using
