Sign for 18 month contract you increased the £2.00 per month

When I join sky agreed 18month contact for £39.00 a month but you break your promise to stick at your agreed price Sorry not happy dont like to stay with sky if youre not fulfilling your promise We struggling in COVID-19 to that much amount
