Appalling customer service. Impossible to speak to a human being

Trying for 6 weeks to get engineer back to reinstall Q box .. Impossible , same old message from Sky whichever number you ring. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Paying for service I am not getting User’s recommendation: Avoid.

Keep getting messages to return sky box but this has been done and have proof vie post office

Not all channels working

On one of my sky+Hd boxes not all channels that are subscribed to work You have corrected this problem 4-5 times already and correction only llasts about a week each time
