My account has been suspended my account has been suspended. I don’t know why my account has been suspended because the payment was taken on the 16th of March.
Rang up twice both times I was told someone would sort .. both times not heard anything… sometimes I can watch tv others times no signal
Nothing happened I still don’t know when my contract end’s. Sky is the worst company to get in touch with.
I have no TV have reset the sky Q box and still have no TV Not sure what else this blasted message requires I am extremely angry now But only dont I have any service this is driving me mad User’s recommendation: At the moment NO.
Nice way to reply the queries. Clarfied the doubts regarding installation of Sky broadband and TV. Fully satisfied with the response of Mr Harsh, a team member of Sky who spoke to me. User’s recommendation: Nice to speak with a customer care team.
