Return….poor customer service…there’s a fee to chat with a so called expert

Most of the phone lines are out of service…to speak with a knowlegable person cost 9.99…all want to do is return something

I never received my paid item.

I will never order from this company again. The delivery company used was not honest. Many excuses were made In delivering my item. Finally, an email received stating my item was delivered. A refund was received after waiting two weeks. User’s recommendation: Delivery mishap.

Return of mattress

Beginning- I ordered mattress, was supposed to be delivered in 10 days.. 4 weeks later no one would help me cancel order When I finally got someone to help I was immediately transfered to shipping company that said they only deliver on thursdays.. The chairs I ordered The chairs I purchased the holes Don’t match up. Not a good product. Not happy at all.

Chairs that I purchased are a piece of garbage. The holes dont match up they are made very poorly. Im not happy at all with my purchase. User’s recommendation: Not recommending.
