Report back

No one contacted me from the e-mail. Eventually got through to a human being on the phone by tricking their automated system by not responding when requested. Once I spoke to a human being my issue was resolved. A very long winded process but the staff were very helpful.

Sky broadband

I was informed by Sky on the 3rd of July, my broadband router was the problem by sky customer Service and sky has promised to send one in 2-5 days. I have not received one yet User’s recommendation: get ref number for your call.

Slow broadband

I have just changed my package.to broadband only and the signal around the house is very poor in other parts of the house if not close to the box
DMoved home promised both tv and broardband from 24th June didnt happen tv engineers here now but still no telephones or internet – what the *** am I paying in advance for something you have still not provided plus Im an insulin dependant diabetic with no way of contacting anyone should I need to and SKU have... No body answered the phone for nearly half an hour. Did not have patience to wait for longer. So I hung up.
