Called customer service 4 times today with being transferred and put on hold for 1 hour or more each time! Agree with pissed

worst customer service ever suggest you avoid at all cost User’s recommendation: AVOID.
Still on hold, will be 4 hours soon and the phone call will surely be dropped before I speak with anyone in America. User’s recommendation: Avoid this program. Can never speak to a person in America who understands English sufficiently to communicate effectively.
