Horrible wait times

My FIRST call -at their request- 20 min on hold so far with No updates or sorry we dont have anybody to answer the phone msg. User’s recommendation: Buyer beware.

SilverScript has a nasty habit of changing their prescription coverage Formulary AFTER open enrollment; so you sign up thinking you are getting one thing only to find that the following month, your drug(s) are either NOT COVERED or changed to a different Tier. Called twice. listened to canned explanations. After long waits they hung up on me. Very frustrating. User’s recommendation: find another provider.
I spent several hours trying to pay 2 months of premium BECAUSE someone in the far east misused my credit card – so the credit card payment was rejected BECAUSE I had to get a new number card.
