They dont want to refund my $3600 when they canceled the flight due to covid and they dont have a phone number to call to

They never refund my money, they never contact me.

i never received the refund for 2 tickets i tried to contact them, it was imposible, they stole $1532. I paid with american express thinking this big credit card will protect me in case something hapen, i was sooo wrong…. User’s recommendation: be aware, they are thiefs!

Changes of dates on tickets for a flight

Vayama is not giving us our money back from our flight.

We were supposed to go to Venice Italy in April of 2020. Because of the virus flights were canceled.
